I’ve started yoga practice about two years ago. It wasn’t easy and natural at the beginning but over time it became part of the weekly routine and now I can’t think of my life without it! While I practice it I reach a conscious state of unity between mind and body; a full, grounded presence that elevates me to a higher dimension. Those simple actions convey spiritual meaning to my actuality and leave me energized and ready for the rest of the day.
